manufacturing, and wholesale/retail industries as well as higher education. She has lectured for the Executive MBA Program at Texas Women’s University and The University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management. In addition, she has been a popular, invited guest on national radio talk shows, including America at Night and has been the subject of various newspaper articles. She has also published extensively in business journals over the years and is the author of a chapter in Mission Possible, published in 2003. Sandy’s 2007 book, Who’s in the Driver’s Seat?

Helanie grew up in South Africa and at the tender age of 21, purchased a small performance training business.
Within five years the operation went from launch to annual sales in the high six figure range due directly to her skills in leadership, management and interpersonal performance improvement. She built her company into a premiere leader in the industry and raised the standard for all training organizations. With growing demand and the need to be closer and more responsive to her Texas clients she expanded and relocated to Dallas, Texas as founder of Align4Profit.
